The açaí palm tree can reach a height of 20 meters and produce up to 30 kilos of açaí per year, collected manually by riverside communities in the Brazilian Amazon.
The açaí pulp is obtained by decantation, and the oil is cold pressed from the fruit pulp, without the use of solvents or chemical additives.
"The Amazon superfruit that conquered the world!"
Açaí is rich in proteins, fibers, vitamins (C, B1, B2 and E), minerals (phosphorus, iron and calcium), as well as omega 6, 9 and phytosterols, which help control cholesterol.
Rich texture, softly earthy flavor.
Cakes, sweets, fish, meats, savory snacks.
